    Ashley and his team were reliable and commendable partners to our somewhat complex renovation project (2010). They provided the most cost effective fixed price arrangment in a tender of 6 others, and with the exception of a few sub-contractor wrinkles (that Ashley took full responsibility for, but you should still stay right on top of) the job was well finished. His full-time staff were excellent tradesmen and pleasant to have on site. The work is now seasoned and there have been no quality issues. Small nits that would have been ignored by other builders are attended to quickly with no arguments. I would recommend JF Taylor Contructions if you are seeking honest, reliable construction, and you will find his other references speak similarly.
